Melita Skamnaki

Born in Patra (1975). She studied Art and Design in Camberwell College of Arts and Creative Advertising in West Thames College, London. She worked at Bold Ogilvy (Advertising Agency) as a copywriter, at UpSet! as a Copywriter and Creative Director and at Big Issue DDB as a Creative Director dealing with clients such as Vodafone, TIM, SEAT, AEGEAN AIRLINES, MAD TV, Municipality of Athens, Ministry of Education, Athens Guide, Mattel, ELGEKA, KFC, ALPHA BANK, LAIKI BANK, PAME STOIHIMA, Vivodi, Attica Bank etc. She has won several awards for some of her work. Since September 2007 she works as a free lancer while attending an MA course for Curating Contemporary Design at Kingston University in collaboration with the Design Museum.
